Ingredients
- 1 lb Pizza dough
- 8 ounces Colby Jack cheese (shredded)
- 1/2 cup cheese (shredded)
- 1 cup cheese (shredded)
- 3 Cloves Garlic
- 2 Cups Chicken (cooked and diced)
- 1 Jalapeno Pepper
- 1/2 medium onion (diced)
- 1/2 cup Green Taco sauce
- 1 bunch of fresh Cilantro (finely chopped)
- Small tomatoes (sliced in quarters)

Preparation
Step 1
1. Brush a Pampered Chef stone bar pan lightly with oil so that the pizza dough spreads easily.
2. Spread pizza dough evenly in bar pan.
3. Bake at 425 degrees for 12-14 minutes or until lightly golden.
4. Spread 8 ounces of Colby Jack cheese on top of pizza dough.
5. Separately add (to make chicken mix)
2 cups of cooked, diced chicken
3 garlic cloves
1/2 cup of green taco sauce
Jalapeno and onion
1/2 cup cheese
6. Mix well
7. Sprinkle the top of the crust with 1 cup of cheese.
8. Spoon chicken mix over the cheese on pizza.
9. Sprinkle the other 1/2 cup cheese on top.
10. Bake about 6 minutes (till cheese melts)
11. Add sliced tomato quarters and chopped Cilantro over the pizza.
