Ingredients
- 2 T. McCormick's Greek Seasoning
- 2 T. lemon juice
- 2 T. white wine vinegar
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1 head Romaine lettuce (or 8 cups mixed greens)
- 1 med. cucumber, peeled, halved, seeded & sliced
- 1/2 cup Kalamata olives, sliced
- 1 cup grape tomatoes, cut in half
- 1/2 med. red onion, sliced

Preparation
Step 1
Blend together 1st 5 ingredients; refrigerate 15 min. or longer.
Mix together remaining ingredients in large bowl. Just before serving, stir dressing, pour over salad and toss to coat. Garnish with extra feta cheese & croutons if desired.
