Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 Tbs sugar
- 2 cups ice cream, softened (Use full-fat ice cream!)
- Optional: add nuts, chips, etc

Preparation
Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 350 F.
4. In a mixer, combine all ingredients
5. Pour mixture into prepared pan.
6. Bake for 35-40 minutes & cool (check my oven @ 30 min)
