Ingredients
- 3/4 lb spaghetti
- 4 oz Goat Cheese
- 10 oz baby spinach
- 3 cups flat leaved parsley coarsely chopped
- 2 cups cilantro leaves chopped
- 1/2 cup toasted walnuts
- lemon zest from 1 lemon
- 1 cup pasta water
- 1 tbsp lemon juice

Place pasta water back into pasta pot with cheese. After cheese is melted, mix together with cooked pasta.
