Ingredients
- 1/3 cup fresh lime juice
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 cup vegegable oil

Step 1
In a small bowl, combine lime juice, sugar, mustard, salt and pepper. Slowly whisk in oil. Cover, and chill.
Note: Dressing can be stored in an airtight container for up to 1 week.
