Ingredients
- 4 pita bread rounds
- 1 (16 oz can) refried beans
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut in strips
- 1 tbs fajita seasoning
- 3 tbs vegetable oil
- 1 large onion, cut into strips
- 1 large red bell pepper, cut into strips
- 1 (8 oz) container sour cream
- 1 cup (4 oz) shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tomato, diced
- 2 cups shredded lettuce

Preparation
Step 1
Cut bread rounds in half; spread 1/4 cup beans in each half. Wrap in foil.
Bake at 350° for 10 minutes.
Toss chicken with fajita seasoning. Saute in hot oil in a skillet over medium-high heat for 5 minutes. Add onion and bell pepper;saute 3 minutes or until chicken is done. Spoon into pitas. Top evenly with remaining ingredients.
