Chinese BBQ Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients
- 2 whole pork tenderloins (12 oz each)
- 2 tbs dry red wine
- 1 tbs honey
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 2 tbs red food coloring
- 1/2 c soy sauce
- 1 tbs brown sugar
- 1/2 tbs cinnamon
- 1 green onion cut in 1/2

Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredients in large bowl. Add pork, turning to coat. Cover and let stand at room temp for an hour or refrigerate over night turning occasionally.
Drain pork, reserve marinade. Place pork on wire rack over baking pan.
Bake at 350 degrees until done. Approx 45 minutes.
Turn and baste frequently during baking. Remove from oven. Cool and cut into diagonal pieces.
