Ingredients
- 2 cups whipping cream
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate
- Whites of 3 eggs
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 tbsp Cadbury Caramilk Cream Liquor
- Fresh berries for garnish
- Caramilk bar for garnish

Preparation
Step 1
1. Whip cream to medium peaks.
2. Melt chocolate until it reaches 105°F.
3. Heat sugar to 240°F (softball stage).
4. Whip egg whites to soft peaks.
5. Slowly add hot sugar to the egg whites while whisking to form a meringue.
6. Fold meringue into melted chocolate.
7. Fold in the whipped cream.
8. Add Cadbury Caramilk Cream Liquor.
9. Pour or spoon mousse into a martini glass and garnish with fresh berries and crumbled Caramilk bar.
