Ingredients
- Main Ingredients:
- 1/2 pound smoked sausage
- 24 (approx) large peeled and deveined frozen shrimp - thawed
- 1 box Zatarain's Jambalaya Mix
- Suggested Add-Ins to Taste:
- Diced Red Onion
- Diced Green or Red Pepper
- Kale Juicing Pulp
- Chicken Broth

Preparation
Step 1
1. Slice sausage and brown.
2. In a 2 1/2 quart saucepan, combine 2 1/2 cups water, two tablespoons vegetable oil (optional), bring to boil.
3. Add Zatarain's Jambalaya Mix and sausage, return mixture to a boil.
4. Reduce heat, stir, cover and simmer over low heat for 25 minutes. Add shrimp during the last 5-10 minutes.
5. Remove from heat, let stand 5 minutes. Fluff and serve.
