Pork Chops with Cider Vinegar Glaze

Cider vinegar and sage team up to make a luscious glaze for these pork chops. Serve this with parleyed orzo or egg noodles along with roasted Brussels sprouts.

- 4 (3 oz) bonelss pork loin chops
- 1/4 tsp freshly ground pepper
- 1/2 c. low-sodium chicken broth
- 1/4 c cider vinegar
- Pinch ground sage
- 1 tbsp chopped flat-leaf parsley

Preparation
Step 1
Sprinkle the chops on both sides with the pepper. Spray a skillet with nonstick spray and set over medium heat. Add teh pork and cook over high ehat until browned, about 3 mnintues on each side.
Add the broth, vinegar, and sage to teh chops; bring to a boil. Reduce the ehat and simmer, turning the chops once, until the pork is cooked through and the sauce is slightly thickened, about 5 minutes. Sprinkle with the parsley and serve.
