Ingredients
- Cake:
- 3 1/2 cups sugar
- 3 sticks softened butter
- 6 eggs
- 3 cups flour
- 8-10 oz. heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/3 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- Praline Sauce:
- 2 cups brown sugar
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/3 cup evaporated milk
- 1/3 cup confectioners sugar
- 2 cups chopped pecans, toasted
- 2 Tbsp. vanilla extract

Preparation
Step 1
Cake:
1. Cream butter and sugar. Add egg, one at a time. Add flour and cream, alternating. Add baking powder salt and vanilla.
2. Pour in greased and floured bundt pan. Put in cold oven on middle rack. Turn oven to 350 degrees, bake 1 hour, and remove. Do not cool completely in pan before removing.
Sauce:
1. In a saucepan, stir brown sugar, butter and evaporated milk over medium heat for 5 minutes or until boiling. Boil for 3 minutes.
2. Remove and stir in confectioners sugar, pecans and flour. Drizzle over cake.
