Ingredients
- 2 slices Panera's Tomato Basil Bread (There bread freezes really well!!)
- piquant or spicy red cherry peppers, sliced
- feta cheese crumbles
- cucumbers slices
- lettuce or spinach
- tomatoes slices
- red onions slices
- spicy or Mediterranean or regular hummus

Preparation
Step 1
Spread some hummus on one of the bread slices.
layer all the other ingredients on top.
Place other bread slice on top.
Eat and enjoy!!
