Ingredients

  • 1 cup blanced almond flour
  • 3/4 cup golden flax seed meal
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon cream of tarter
  • 3 farm fresh eggs
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil or grapeseed oil
  • 1 teaspoon local honey
  • 2 tablepspoons caraway seeds

Preparation

Step 1

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Grease a bread pan (I use stoneware) with grapeseed oil, olive oil or butter (I prefer butter) for dairy free or paleo choose grapeseed oil or olive oil
In a large bowl mix almond flour, flax meal, salt, baking soda, cream of tarter
In a medium bowl beat eggs, honey, water & oil together
Add wet ingredients into dry & add in caraway seeds, mix well
Let mixture stand for 2-3 minutes
Place mixture in the prepared greased bread pan and bake for 30-35 minutes
Let cool for 1-2 hours before removing bread from pan
