Ingredients
- optional :
- cupcake papers
- 1 bag 72% chocolate chips
- 1/2 C nut butter of your choice
- 4 TB nutritional yeast (optional)
- chia seed
- hemp seed
- flax
- kosher salt

Preparation
Step 1
line muffin tin with cupcake papers
melt chocolate
spoon a layer of chocolate into each paper
place in the freezer
melt nut butter with a few pinches of salt and nutritional yeast
take tin out of freezer
spoon in a layer of nut butter into each paper
at this point it is optional to sprinkle a little flax, chia, hemp, etc.
place in freezer for a few minutes
spoon another layer of chocolate
freeze
enjoy
you can try replacing the nut butter for other fillings like a fruit whizzed in the vitamix (cherry, blueberry, strawberry)
