Ingredients
- uncooked bulger 1C
- boiling water 1 c
- cherry tomatoes 1 pkg cut in halves
- chicken strips - 1 pkg cooked and shredded or cubed
- flat leaf parsley - minced
- red bell pepper - 2
- cucumber - 1 lg diced
- fresh mint - 1/2 C minced
- lemon juice 1/4C
- oliv oil - 1/4 C
- salt 1 tsp
- pepper 1 tsp

Preparation
Step 1
cook bulgur according to pkg directions
drain well
let cool
add all remaining ingredints
mix well
refrigerate
serve with hummus & pita chips
