Ingredients

  • 3 c. water
  • 1 48 oz. jar unsweetened applesauce
  • 3 c. honey (can just use 2)
  • 6 c. old fashioned oats
  • 6 c. whole wheat flour
  • 2 T. vanilla
  • 1 t. salt
  • 2 t. baking soda
  • 1 t. baking powder
  • 1 1/2 T. cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 t. nutmeg
  • Frozen berries (blueberries, mixed, etc.)
  • OR
  • orange zest and fresh or frozen cranberries (can't remember amount!)

Step 1

Mix dough really well. Scoop into nonstick muffin tins and bake at 325* for 30 minutes.
