Ingredients
- 1 envelope Onion Soup Mix
- 1 lb. lean ground beef
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 can (28 oz) tomatoes - undrained
- 2 cups water
- 2 cups uncooked medium shell macaroni
- 1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
- Grated mozzarella

Preparation
Step 1
Brown beef and drain fat
Add soup mix, oregano, tomatoes and water
Bring to a boil
Stir in macaroni
Simmer, covered stirring occasionally about 20 minutes or macaroni is tender
Stir in Parmesan
Top with mozzarella
