Step 1

The trick to making these is to make them right before serving. The meat will wilt the crisp breadsticks after a shot time. Start with 1/4 lb of paper thin prosciutto torn into long strip and 12 to 18 purchased thin crispy breadsticks. Wrap the top half of each breadstick with a strip of prosciutto.
