Ingredients
- 1 cup (250 mL) mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp (25 mL) chopped fresh mint
- 2 tbsp (25 mL) fresh lemon juice
- 2 tsp (10mL) wasabi paste
- 1/4 tsp (1 mL) salt
- 1 1/2 lb (0.75 kg) frozen cooked medium shrimp, thawed

Combine all ingredients except shrimp in a food processor; process until smooth. Transfer to a serving dish. Serve with shrimp.
