Baking with sugarfree is not all the same for sure! Sugarfree baking tips!

Stevia: Stevia does not bake well at all. It changes the texture of baked goods and the flavor. It also has an after taste of bitterness. Stevia is a good choice for non baked items.

Truvia: It bakes better and does not yeild the bitter after taste, but does change the texture slightly. It is also works well in non baked items but does take a while to melt, not as crunchy as xylitol.

Xylitol: It bakes very well the same as sugar. It does not change the texture or flavor of the baked goods. If you buy the granular type it does not work well for treats that are not cooked or baked as it does not dissolve very well and you will end up with crunch.
