- 3-5 LB BRISKET
- 2 onions diced
- 2 tbl fat or oil
- tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/2 cup beef stock
- 2 bay leaves
- celery
- carrots
- potatoes cut
- 1 cup ketcup
- 1 cup red wine
- 2 garlic cloved (minced)
- fresh mushrooms
- 1/4 tsp allspice

cook on stove top 2 hrs
remove just meat and slice
retun to pot
cook 1 hr more
