Ingredients
- Meatballs:
- 2 lbs. very lean ground beef
- 1 cup Italian bread crumbs
- 1 egg
- 1/2 milk
- salt
- pepper
- oregano
- parsley
- basil ( to taste)
- Sauce:
- 4 large cans of Hunts Tomato Sauce
- 1 sm. can of Hunts Paste
- garlic (2/3 cloves)
- celery stalks (4-5)
- large carrots (4-5)
- bunch of fresh parsley
- bunch of basil
- salt
- pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Meatballs:
Mix together ground beef, bread crumbs, egg, milk, salt, pepper, oregano, parsley and basil.
Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
Sauce:
Saute garlic in oil in the bottom of your sauce pan. Then add sauce/paste and all other ingredients. Simmer for 1 - 1 1/2 hours. Add meatballs and continue cooking for another 2 hours. Stir sauce frequently.
