- 12 chicken wings
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 heaping tsp of your favourite herb or spice, like thyme, curry or chili powder
- 1 teaspoon pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat your oven to 350ºF and turn on your convection oven if you have one.
Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl large enough to allow room for tossing. Add the wings and toss until thoroughly and evenly coated. Arrange the wings on a baking tray and cook until they are crispy brown on the outside but still juicy on the inside, about an hour.
