Ingredients
- 2 lbs. lean ground beef
- 6 oz. low-carb bread crumb s
- 1 C. water
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 3/4 C. low-carb ketchup
- 1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
- 1/2 C. canned peas

Preparation
Step 1
Mix all ingredients except for ¼ C. of the ketchup.
Shape meat mixture into oval loaf in 13x9” baking dish. Top with remaining ¼ C. ketchup.
Bake at 375 for 35 minutes or until center is no longer pink.
