Ingredients

  • 1 c raw cashews
  • 1 c pumpkin seeds
  • 1 c slivered almonds
  • 2 Tbsp whole flaxseed or chia seeds
  • 1 c unsweetened coconut flakes
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 Tbsp extra light olive oil, or coconut oil
  • 1/4 c sugar free hazelnut syrup or agave

Preparation

Step 1

In a large bowl combine cashews, pumpkin seeds, almonds, flaxseeds, coconut and cinnamon.

Add the oil and syrup and mix together.

Spread the mixture on a baking sheet in a 1/2" thick layer. Bake for 20 mins at 350F stirring once until golden
