Ingredients
- 1 c raw cashews
- 1 c pumpkin seeds
- 1 c slivered almonds
- 2 Tbsp whole flaxseed or chia seeds
- 1 c unsweetened coconut flakes
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 2 Tbsp extra light olive oil, or coconut oil
- 1/4 c sugar free hazelnut syrup or agave

Step 1
In a large bowl combine cashews, pumpkin seeds, almonds, flaxseeds, coconut and cinnamon.
Add the oil and syrup and mix together.
Spread the mixture on a baking sheet in a 1/2" thick layer. Bake for 20 mins at 350F stirring once until golden
