FUDGE WALNUT BROWNIE PIE

Ingredients

• 2 eggs
• 1 cup sugar
• 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, melted
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 2/3 cups all-purpose flour
• 1/3 cup cocoa
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate pieces
• 1/2 cup chopped walnuts

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oven to 350 degrees.

Lightly grease 9" pie plate. Beat eggs in large bowl, stir in sugar, butter and vanilla. Stir together flour, cocoa and salt, stir into butter mixture. Stir in chocolate chips and walnuts. Pour into prepared pie plate. Bake 30 minutes or until set. Cool. Serve warm or at room temperature. garnish with whipped cream.
