  • 1 can refrigerated crescent rolls (8)
  • 6 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 cup diced ham or bacon crumbles
  • 1 4-ounce can mushroom stems and pieces, drained
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2. Unroll refrigerated crescent rolls and line a 12-inch pizza pan by pressing out with fingers and sealing seams and edges to cover entire pan.
3. Combine eggs, ham or bacon, mushrooms and cheese in a medium size bowl.
4. Pour over crescent rolls and bake for 20 - 25 minutes until dough edges are browned and mixture is bubbly.
5. Remove from oven and let set for 5 - 10 minutes before slicing
