  • 2 bags of Simply Potato Southwest Hashbrowns
  • sour cream
  • milk
  • 1 bag of shredded cheddar
  • chicken (1 pkg)
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • salt, pepper & parsley

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375. Cook the hashbrowns halfway through on the stove. Cook the chicken on the stove too. Combine both in a baking pan.

Put the soup, half the bag of cheese, a few liberal spoonfuls of sour cream, around 3/4 can of milk, a little pepper, salt, and parsley in a saucepan and cook to boil. Once it's boiling, mix it in with the hashbrowns and chicken. Put a few spoonfuls of sour cream and the rest of cheese on top and bake till it starts to brown.
