Ingredients
- 6-8 potatoes peeled and cubed
- 2 Tbs. butter or Margarine
- 1/2 C. French onion Dip
- 1/2 C. mayonnaise
- 8 oz. cubed cheddar cheese
- 6 slices bacon, fully cooked
- 1 C. French Fried Onions
- 1 Tbs. Mrs. Dash

Directions
Boil potatoes until fully cooked. Drain and empty into large bowl. In smaller bowl, crumble bacon, combine all other ingredients until fully mixed. Add this to potatoes and stir until well blended not worrying about mashing potatoes. Place in 8x8-inch greased pan. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until cheese is melted and top is starting to brown.
