Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 1/4 cups Bisquick
  • 8 oz cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 T garlic powder
  • 1 C chopped onions
  • 1 t black pepper
  • 1/2 t salt

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 400.

Mix bisquick, garlic powder, and black pepper well.

Add sausage, cream cheese, onions and shredded cheese.

Roll into 1-inch balls. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until brown.
