Ingredients

    cups flour

  • 1

    heaping cup shortening

  • 1

    teaspoon salt

  • 1

    egg

  • 1/2

    cup of milk

Directions

Add flour, shortening, and salt. Mix with a fork until dough is flaky/crumbly. Beat egg and add vinegar in a bowl. Mix milk with egg and vinegar. Add egg mixture slowly to flour mixture with fork. If when you knead dough it does not stick together, add more milk. Makes about 5 crusts. Roll into balls and freeze individually.
