Stuffed Peppers - Mom's

Ingredients
- 2 lb ground meat
- 3/4 cup rice
- salt
- pepper
- 1 or 2 eggs
- 6 peppers, cored

Step 1
Mix together and stuff peppers_ Place in roaster in water to cover_ Bake at 350° for 45 min to 1 hour.
Umper (I don't know what you call that in English)
In a small frying pan cover bottom with oil - heat oil and start adding flour by tablespoon, stir and keep adding flour consisitancy of pudding (trick is not to burn it, keep flame on low). At the end add some paprika (Baba's recipe said how much you want) I just give it a shake or two. Then add a can of stewed tomatoes that you put thru the ricer; 1 cup of ketchup, about 1 tbs sugar and some salt. Stir and cook for a couple of minutes. Add to roaster.
Add whole potatoes (this time I use the small potatoes so I didn't have to parboil them). Bake for another 45 min. Then I just keep in over on 200° until we are ready to eat. It seems more complicated that it is.
