Ingredients
- 5 potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cups diced ham
- 3 stalks celery, chopped
- 1 (15.25 oz) can whole kernel corn, undrained (I used frozen corn that I cooked in the microwave for a few minutes to thaw)
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons margarine
- 2 cubes chicken bouillon
- 1 (12 oz) can non-fat evaporated milk

Step 1
In a slow cooker place the potatoes, onion, ham, celery, corn, margarine, salt and pepper. Add water to cover and add two bouillon cubes.
Cook on low setting or 6 hours and then stir in the evaporated milk. Cook for 30 more minutes.
