Dark Moist Chocolate Cake

Ingredients

• 2 cups sugar
• 2 cups flour
• 1 teaspoon baking powder
• 2 teaspoons baking soda
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 2/3 cup cocoa
• 1 cup milk
• 1/2 cup oil
• 2 eggs
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 1 cup hot coffee

Preparation

Step 1

1. Sift together dry ingredients.
2. Add milk, oil, eggs and vanilla. Beat well.
3. Add hot coffee. Beat well. Batter will be thick.
4. Pour into pan and bake at 350 degrees F for 35 to 40 minutes.
