  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 cup hot coffee

Step 1

1. Sift together dry ingredients.
2. Add milk, oil, eggs and vanilla. Beat well.
3. Add hot coffee. Beat well. Batter will be thick.
