Ingredients

  • 1 pkg of ground beef (about 2 lbs)
  • 6 cloves of garlic
  • oyster sauce
  • soya sauce
  • red ,yellow ,green peppers
  • bok choy
  • celery broccoli
  • cauliflower
  • bean sprouts
  • 3 grated carrots
  • 1 bunch of green onions
  • rice stix noodles or vermicelli noodles

Preparation

Step 1

1. Brown the hamburger and and drain off the fat
2.Add 6 cloves of garlic and 1 tsp curry powder
3.Add 2 tbsp soya sauce and 3 tbsp oyster sauce
4. Cut up whichever vegetables that you like and lightly saute the vegetables in a wok or frying pan.
5.Add the vegetables to the hamburger.
6.Grate 3 carrots and add the green onions ( without cooking them)
7.Cook the rice noodle stix ( at Superstore) or the vermicelli according to the package directions
8.Add to the meat mixture and add as much soya sauce or oyser sauce to desired taste. (2 tbsp of each)
