  • 1 x large egg white, lightly beaten
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 4 tsp. Garam Masala
  • 1 1/2 tsp. Kosher salt
  • 1/2 tsp. ground cayenne*

Directions:

Preheat oven to 300 degrees. In a large bowl, coat cashews with egg white. Add rest of ingredients and stir until thoroughly coated. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. Spread nuts in a single layer on the sheet. Roast, stirring every 5-10 minutes until golden brown (about 25-35 minutes). Break up any clumps, cool, and serve.
