  • 16-24 x 10" flour tortilla shells
  • 1/4 c melted butter
  • 1/4 c olive oil
  • 1 t garlic salt
  • 1/2 t basil
  • 1/2 t coriander
  • 1 t dried oregano
  • 1/2 t cumin
  • 1 T parsley

Preparation

Step 1

Cut tortilla shells into wedges, Set aside

Mix remaining 8 ingredients together in large bowl. Layer tortilla shells and lightly glaze using a pastry brush.

lay wedges flat on baking sheets an bake in 425F oven for 8-10 min, until lightly browned. Cool on cooling racj. Good hot or cold. When cooled store in airtight container.
