Ingredients
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1/2 cup icing sugar
- 1/4 tsp vanilla
- 1 cup whipping cream before being whipped.

Preparation
Step 1
1. Mix together the first three ingredients with an electric mixer.
2. Gradually add the whipping cream to the above and continue to beat until the mixture is thick enough to form into birds nest cups on a sheet of waxed paper.
3. These can be frozen and used at a later date.
4. Fill with fruit as desired.
