Vegetable Fried Rice

Ingredients

• eggs 4
• soy sauce
• oil
• garlic 6 cloves
• celery 2 stalks
• mushrooms 1 C
• white rice 1 C
• bag of frozen carrots & peas
• green onions 4
• chicken broth 1 box

Preparation

Step 1

in small bowl combine eggs and 2 tsp soy sauce
cover the bottom of a skillet in oil
add eggs, garlic - cook & set aside
stir fry celery
add mushrooms until dark brown
add peas & carrots & green onion
cook rice in chicken broth
mix all together and serve hot
