Ingredients
- 1 Boneless Chuck Roast
- 4 Potatoes (peeled and cubed)
- 1 Onion (chopped)
- 2 Celery Stalks (chopped)
- 2-3 Carrots (peeled and sliced)
- 1 Cup Water
- Salt
- Pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Place onion, celery, potatoes, and carrots in bottom of crock pot. Lay chuck roast on top of vegetables. Salt and pepper the roast and pour water on top. Cover and cook on low overnight.
