Ingredients

● 1/2 cup vegetable shortening, (high ratio is best)
● 4 cups powdered sugar, sifted
● 5 tbsp water
● 1/2 tsp salt
● 1 tsp vanilla
● 1/2 tsp almond extract

Preparation

Step 1

In large bowl, combine ingredients; beat on medium speed til well blended. Whip on low speed 10 minutes or until very creamy.

Refrigerate up to 6 weeks
