Ingredients
- 4 ears of corn (husked and rinsed)
- 1/4 cup butter (softened)
- 2 tbsp. 100% grated parm cheese
- 1 tsp. chopped fresh parsley
Preparation
Step 1
Grill corn (wrapped in foil) only for 15-20 minutes or until corn is tender, turning occasionally. Remove from grill and unwrap. Mix butter, parm cheese and parsley. Spread butter mixture on corn.
