- 1 Cup Elbow Macaroni
- 3 oz Imitation Crab Meat
- 1/2 Cup Celery, chopped
- 1/4 Cup Red Onion, chopped
- 1 Tbsp + 1 tsp Fresh Dill Weed, chopped
- 2 Tbsp Light Mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp Red or Cider Vinegar
- 1 Tbsp Dijon Mustard
- 1 Tbsp Water
- 1/4 tsp Pepper
- 1/2 tsp Salt

Step 1
1. Prepare elbow macaroni according to package instructions, drain and set aside to cool.
2. Once cool add to a large mixing bowl, add celery and Onion.
3. In a separate bowl combine the mayonnaise, vinegar, dijon mustard, then add the water pepper and salt, finally add the chopped dill, adjust the seasoning to your liking,
4. Combine sauce with pasta and crab mixture and stir to coat thoroughly, chill at least 1 hour before serving.
