Ingredients
- 1 20 oz. can crushed pineapple
- 1 1/2 Tbs. flour
- 1 C. sugar
- 3 bananas, sliced in rounds
- 1 C. chopped pecans
- 1 cup strawberries, cleaned and sliced
- 1 large container Cool Whip
- 2 deep dish pie shells, baked until brown and cooled

Directions
In a saucepan, cook until thickened the crushed pineapple, flour and sugar. Line the baked pie shells with the sliced bananas. Spread chopped pecans over bananas. Then cover this with the strawberries. Next place the cooled pineapple mixture over the strawberries, making sure to cover the whole pie. Top with Cool Whip. You can add more chopped pecans over the Cool Whip if desired.
Note: This makes 2 pies so only use 1/2 of of each item per pie. Keep refrigerated.
