Ingredients
- 1 cup whole milk
- 3 oz sugar
- 3 eggs yolks
- 4 oz cream cheese
- 1 tsp vanilla

Preparation
Step 1
Bring the milk to a boil in a medium sized pan.
In a bowl mix together the egg yolks, vanilla and sugar.
Temper the milk into the egg yolk mixture by pouring small amount into the egg yolks, whisking as you do.. Then our all of the milk into the mixture.
Return to the stove and cook over medium heat until it thickens (do not boil)
Remove from heat and whish the cream cheese into the hot custard until smooth. Pour over sieve and cool in an ice bath to cool quickly.
