Texas Sheet Cake

Ingredients

• cup water Take this off of heat and add:
• 2 sticks oleo
• 2 cups sugar
• 2 eggs
• 1 t. soda
• 4 T. cocoa
• 1/2 cup sour milk
• 2 cups flour
• 1 t. vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Mix well and bake at 375 deg. for 20 min. or more. Icing for above cake: Melt 1 stick oleo, 3 T. cocoa, 6 T. milk. Bring to a boil, then cool a little, then add 3 cups powdered sugar. Spread on cake while still warm.
