Ingredients
- 3 cup coarse chopped walnuts
- 1 1/2 cup marischino cherries
- 1 cup light and 1/2 cup dark raisins
- 3/4 cup flour
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3 eggs
- 2 tablespoon and 1/2 cup apricot brandy

Preparation
Step 1
Combine nuts and fruit. Stir together flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Toss together nuts, fruits and flour mixture. Beat eggs til frothy. Add 2 tablespoon Brandy. Pour over mix. Grease and flour 9 x 5 x 3 pan. Bake 300 degrees 1hr 45 min. Cool in pan. Remove. Wrap in cheese cloth. Add 1/4 cup brandy. 3 days later add 1/4 cup more. Store in frig. Wrapped in foil.
