- garlic
- heavy cream
- salt

Step 1
Rub pie plate with de l’ail (garlic). Peel large baking potatoes (Do not wash). Slice by hand or thin on slicer. Several layers of potatoes, slices of garlic, salt, heavy cream (use 1 pt.) Leave overnight in refrigerator. Add salt and pepper. Bake in hot oven.
