Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup (125 ml) chopped fresh or canned pineapple
  • 1/2 cup (125 ml) finely chopped mango, fresh or canned
  • 1 red or green chili pepper, seeded, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup (125 ml) orange segments, chopped
  • 3 tablespoons (45 ml) finely chopped purple onion
  • 2 teaspoons (10 ml) lime juice
  • Zest of 1 time
  • 1 tablespoon (15 ml) each fresh cilantro and mint
  • Pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon (15 ml) raspberry or white wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon (15 ml) olive or safflower oil
