- 1/3 cup cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup GREY POUPON DIJON or Country Dijon Mustard
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 to 3 teaspoons dried basil leaves
- 1 teaspoon grated lemon peel
- 1 clove garlic, crushed

Step 1
In small bowl, whisk together vinegar, mustard, oil, basil, lemon peel and garlic. Use as a marinade for chicken, pork or seafood.
